This beautiful shrub is an infusion of stone fruits featuring tart “pie” cherries, black plums, and nectarines with a touch of black peppercorn. The pepper adds an interesting warmth and an intriguing bottom note, but it isn’t at all hot or spicy. The perfect shrub to mix with bourbon-based cocktails, but also magical in Prosceco and fizzy mocktails.
