Prosecco Shrub Fizz
  • 6ounces chilled Prosecco
  • 1ounce Spiker’s ShrubRaspberry Bergamot, Crangerine, Pineapple Basil, French Lavender, or Damask Rose
  • 1twist fresh lemon or lime peel
  1. In a chilled champagne glass, pour the Spiker’s Shrub. Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco and stir gently with a glass or plastic swizzle. (Do not use metal because it will kill the bubbles.) Squeeze the twist of lemon or lime and drop into the glass. Serve with or without a straw.
